Chelski fc and their plastic foreign fans

I,ve just finished watching Man united Beat Chelsea 2-0 at old Trafford i have to say i am very pleased about this the reason because i work with many foreigners who all support Chelsea just because they have loads of money and are one of the top teams and when they talk about football it is obvious they don't know what they are talking about. I know Manu have many foreign fans just like Chelsea but i donn't work with those foreigners lol.

Favourite foreign football teams

My local team that i support is Hull City afc but i also have a favourite team in Spain, Italy and Japan. These teams are Deportivo La Coruna (Spain), Sampdoria (italy) and Jubilo fc (Japan). I like Deportivo because at the time when i started watching La liga they had some good players and also it was the first team i saw. The reason i like Sampdoria is because they always struggled in serie A and they had real fight and heart to stay in the league and i first saw Sampdoria om tv way back in 1994. The reason i like Jubilo fc is i first saw them on television back in 2002 on a highlights show, They are not one of the top teams in the J league though but still play with heart.

Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 Hull city

On Saturday 22nd September I went to my first away game of the football season. This game was at Hillsborough and it was my fourth time at this ground, It is my favourite away stadium i've been too and the reasons for this is it has a great atmosphere and it produces a great game (Unfortunately for city Hull supporters Saturdays game wasn't, Sigh).

The first half started good for the city players with the fans at full singing voice and the sheffield wednesday fans silent with the tigers on the attack and the Owls on the backfoot. Their were several city Hull players that stood out in the first half most noticably Jay Jay okocha, Brian Hughes and Michael Turner (My favourite defender in the championship). the owls defenders were trying to slow the pace of the game down and going in to tackles heavily and quite often wrecklessly. You could see why the owls were struggling this season with the lack of attacking prowess and the way the home fans don't get behind the team from kickoff although they have a good team.

Hull city were doing good throughout the first half attacking out wide on both wings and also strait through the middle but all the shots where off target with all of them sailing over the bar. Then five minutes from time the knockout blow came from Frances Jeffers with a good goal a curled 25 yards shot over the stranded Boaz Myhill and then it was 1-0 to the owls and the city fans were shocked because it was against the run of play and the game was over after that because city Hull dropped their heads (half time).

At the start of the second half Sheffield Wednesday were the more attacking team and hull city were on the backfoot trying to keep the game at 1-0 for the time being. During the first fithteen minutes of the second half Jay Jay Okocha had the chance to level the game with two great chances. One was a great volley too the bottom right corner of the goal (from the players angle) that Lee grant managed to get a finger too and parry it out for a corner, The corner came to nothing like most of Hull Citys corners, The second effort Brian Hughes passed the ball low along the ground to Okocha and he booted the ball towards the right hand of the goal but the keeper kept hold of this one. The second half pretty much stayed the same both teams exchanging attack and city couldn't find the equalising goal with the referee had a poor match with a lot of bad decisions for both teams. After ninety minutes and injury time the game ended 1-0 to Sheffield Wednesday.
